  Stopped by to get some ice cream. O went to the restroom first to wash my hands. As soon as I opened the door, napkins lined the toilet and the toilet was FULL. I asked the 2 employees, who were resting on the counter scrolling through their phone, would they clean the bathroom. They said "they are not responsible for the bathroom. There is a person who comes in the morning and afternoon to clean". I asked again on case they misunderstood by question. I got the same response.
